摘要(Abstract):

聚乙烯涂覆改性聚酯短纤维是纤维表面涂覆聚乙烯的聚酯短纤维。对改性聚酯短纤维进行了纺纱试验,分析了改性聚酯短纤维性能指标,包括断裂强度、断裂伸长率、卷曲数、卷曲率、比电阻、含油率和含水率,对纺纱过程中梳理、成条和粗纱、细纱质量的影响,提出了一组合理的改性聚酯短纤维性能指标,并成功纺纱,旨在为同行提供一些参考。
Polyethylene-coated modified polyester staple fiber is a polyester staple fiber whose fiber surface is coated with polyethylene.Spinning experiments are carried out on the modified polyester staple fiber,and the effects of the properties of the modified staple fiber,including breaking strength,elongation at break,curl number,curl curvature,specific resistance,oil content and water content,on carding,slicing,roving and spinning quality during spinning process are analyzed.A set of reasonable performance index of modified polyester staple fiber is put forward and spun successfully,in order to provide some reference for the peers.
