聚丙烯纤维增强的水泥砂浆断裂韧性的研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了解决普通混凝土小型空心砌块墙体易脆性开裂的问题,研究了一种新型抹面砂浆。通过改变掺加纤维的种类、纤度、长度、截面形状、数量,进行砂浆断裂韧性的对比实验。结果表明:掺加纤维对提高普通砼砌块墙体用砌筑砂浆的断裂韧性有良好作用,尤其是掺入适量、纤度适当的经表面氧化处理、长度15mm的聚丙烯纤维效果最为良好。
A novel mortar was prepared for the anti-cracking of normal small-sized concrete hollow block (SSCHB). Comparison studies with different fiber, fiber thickness, fiber length, cross-section and fiber amount showed that the adding of fiber improved the toughness of SSCHB, especially the adding of certain amount of oxidation treated polypropylene fiber with fiber length of 15mm. The study benefited the application of novel wall material with the advantages of low cost and lightweight.
