涤纶干燥设备的节能改造及效果Energy-Saving Reconstruction of Drying Device for Polyester and Effect thereof

摘要(Abstract):
为了节约能源和降低生产成本,对干燥系统作了改造:在每套干燥系统中各加了1台列管式换热器及1台旋风分离器,利用其余热给工艺用压缩空气加热。经过改造后,不仅每套设备的实际能耗可以降低4.3 k W,5套结晶干燥设备每年共节约电量172 000 k W·h,而且可减少流程中废气对环境造成的热污染。
In this study, a drying system was reconstructed to save energy and diminish the cost of produc-tion: one tubular heat exchanger and one cyclone separator were connected with the drying system, the resid-ual heat of the drying system was used to heat compressed air. After reconstruction, the actual energy con-sumption of each device could be decreased by 4.3 k W. Five sets of drying device could be used to save en-ergy by 172 000 k W·h and to reduce the thermal pollution generated by waste gas.
