静电纺丝在曲面收集板上的沉积特性

摘要(Abstract):

静电纺丝工艺能够有效制备纳米纤维,并被广泛应用在传感器、生物医学、过滤等领域。使用聚氧化乙烯(PEO)溶液,通过改变传统静电纺丝装置中常用的平面收集板为曲面收集板,研究了曲面收集板的凹凸性对静电纺纤维沉积状态的影响。试验表明:在凹形半圆筒状收集板上,底部纤维沉积有序而稀少,顶部纤维沉积杂乱而密集;在凸形半圆筒状收集板上,与平面收集板上的静电纺纤维类似,沉积的纤维杂乱无序。试验结果有助于进一步制备有序性纤维。
Electrospinning is one efficient way to fabricate nanofibers, which is widely applied in sensors,biomedical material, filtration, and so on. The effects of curved substrates on electrospun fibers by ejecting PEO solution on curved surfaces instead of planes are investigated. Experimental results show that the electrospun fibers are orderly and sparse on the bottom but random and dense at the upper edges when the concave surface is applied as the substrate. The fibers deposited on the convex surface are disordered. The results are very helpful to fabricate aligned fibers.
