摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了锦纶66工业长丝的断裂强度、耐热性等物理性能,并对国产和进口同规格230 dtex/36 f锦纶66工业长丝作骨架材料生产的高性能水布进行了测试。结果表明:国产230 dtex/36 f锦纶66工业长丝生产的水布的断裂强力、使用次数均高于进口丝加工的水布,布面平整性与进口产品相同,水布质量能够满足胶管硫化使用要求,同时生产成本降低5%左右。
The breaking tenacity,heat resistance and so on of nylon 66 industrial yarn was introduced.Trial production for high performance hose carried out with domestic and imported 230 dtex/36 f nylon 66 industrial yarn separately.The results showed that the hose made by domestic 230 dtex/36 f nylon 66 industrial yarn had higher breaking strength and longer time to use compared with that made by imported one.The surface smooth was same,the quality could meet the operating requirement for hose vulcanization,and the production cost was reduced around 5 %.
