摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了卷曲机的结构和卷曲成形机理,对丙纶短纤维卷曲机在使用过程中的卷曲辊、卷曲刀的磨损,卷曲辊、卷曲刀的位置不当等故障进行了分析,并提出了避免故障的措施。
In this article,the structure of polypropylene staple fiber crimper and its crimping mechnism were introduced.The reasons for the trouble of crimping parts were analyzed and the measures were taken.
