PA/PU偏心皮芯复合长丝的热收缩和卷曲性能

摘要(Abstract):

测试了PA/PU偏心皮芯复合长丝的热收缩率、热收缩力、卷曲形貌、卷曲指标等,探究了牵伸工艺和热处理条件对其热收缩和卷曲性能的影响。结果表明:增大牵伸倍率,降低热定形温度,升高热处理温度能提高PA/PU偏心皮芯复合长丝的热收缩率;卷曲性能随着干热处理温度的升高和干热处理时间的延长而提高。当干热处理温度140℃,处理时间10~20 min时,纤维具有较好的卷曲性能。
The thermal shrinkage, thermal shrinkage force, crimp morphology, crimp index and so on of PA/PU eccentric core-sheath composite filaments were tested. The effects of drawing process and heat treat-ment conditions on the thermal shrinkage and crimp properties of PA/PU eccentric core-sheath compositefilaments were investigated. The results show that the thermal shrinkage force of PA/PU eccentric core-sheath composite filaments improves with the increase of drawing ratio, heat treatment temperature andtime, with the decrease of the heat setting temperature. The crimp performances increase with the increaseof dry heat treatment temperature and time. The fibers have good crimp performances when the dry heattreatment temperature is 140 ℃ and the time is 10~20 min.
