摘要(Abstract):
在阳离子染料可染聚酯生产过程中,由于第三单体的加入,熔体的特性与常规的聚酯产品有很大的不同,其中突出一点表现在熔体过滤器的使用周期要短很多(一般来说在9 d左右),切换频率相对较高,所以它的切换成功与否,直接影响着产品的优等率。但是在切换过程中,按照常规品种的熔体过滤器的切换方法操作,后道纺丝在过滤器的切换过程和切换完成后会持续发生一定程度的飘丝、断头现象,给生产的稳定性带来了非常不利的影响。基于这样的情况,对熔体过滤器的切换方法进行不断优化,使得纺丝时飘丝和断头现象得到了很好的遏制。
During the production of catonic dyeable polyester, the running period of polymer filters was much shorter than conventional polyester due to the addition of the third mononmer. The average running period only stayed 9 days and meanwhile, exchanging the filters frequently had been a big problem within the whole industry. Thus, whether to exchange the filters successfully would directly affect the stability of successive spinning process and quality of products. Based on this case, through increasing the filling amount of the melt filter element, optimizing the exchanging methods of polymer filter, drifting and broken ends during spinning have been well contained.
