智能型鞋里材料的开发及性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

为开发出符合消费者穿着要求的鞋里材料,对智能水凝胶的制备方法进行了详细的阐述,并对智能水凝胶的性能进行了一系列的测试与分析,经过反复试验比较,最后得出制备智能水凝胶的最佳工艺条件为:N-异丙基丙烯酰胺单体质量分数为10%,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联剂质量分数为2.67%,聚合反应温度50℃,聚合反应时间6 h。
In order to develop the requirements of consumers in shoe chamber materials, the preparationmethods of intelligent hydrogels are introduced in detail. A series of tests and analysis have been done todiscuss the performance of the intelligent hydrogel. Through repeated experiments, the optimum processesare as follows: monomer concentration of 10%, crosslinker concentration of 2.67%, the reaction temperatureof 50 ℃, the polymerization time for 6 h.
