摘要(Abstract)：
重新设计了VC083型切粒机中的回转滚刀,将原上下罗拉弹簧和滑块压紧装置改为气缸装置,并对固定刀进行改进。经过改造后的VC083型切粒机产量得到提高,维修率下降,工人劳动强度明显降低,工作状况稳定,为聚合切片连续生产提供了强有力的保障。
The granulator is the main equipment in the production of nylon 6 chip.The redesign of rotary cutting structure of VC083-type granulator has increased the production,decreased the maintenance rate,significantly reduced labor intensity,stabilized work status and provided a powerful protection for continuous production of polymer chips.
