牛顿插值法在优化后拉伸工艺条件中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

以聚苯硫醚卷绕丝拉伸温度的确定为例,分别建立成品纤维断裂强度、断裂强度变异系数、断裂伸长变异系数与拉伸温度的连续函数,通过在计算机软件Matlab方法中应用牛顿插值法,得出纤维品质与拉伸温度变化关系的数学模型,以确定最佳拉伸温度。根据模型分析得出的最佳初生纤维拉伸温度与试验数据基本相符,说明该方法具有实际应用价值。
Taking drawing temperature setting of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) windup filament yarn as an example,a mathematical model is obtained for relationship between drawing temperature and fiber properties to set up optimum drawing temperature by applying Newton Interpolation Method to Matlab and creating continuous function between drawing temperature and final fiber product properties like breaking tenacity,breaking tenacity CV value and breaking elongation CV value.The best drawing temperature of as-spun fiber obtained through the model analysis substantially corresponds with test data.The method is found to be of applicable value.
