摘要(Abstract):
介绍了中纺院聚酯五釜聚合装置运行中高温酯化蒸气的余热利用改造方法及运行中的一些问题。通过增加余热利用设备——溴化锂制冷机,不仅利用了装置的余热,还减少了燃料的消耗,同时降低了对环境的污染,达到节能、降耗、减排的生产目的。
Method and operation of high temperature esterification steam waste heat utilization in polyester five-reactor polymerization plant modified by China Textile Academy was inroduced.By adding lithium bromide refrigerator waste heat utilization equipment,not only uses the waste heat of the device also reduces fuel consumption,while reducing the pollution of the environment,achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
