摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了应用设计处理能力为125m3/h的蒸汽冷凝水精密过滤系统过滤含有大量腐蚀铁锈屑及其它杂质的、不能使用的蒸汽冷凝水,以代替热脱盐水,回用于腈纶生产中的汽提过程、清洗产品聚合物和生产用滤布中,既节能、节水又降耗,取得了可喜的效果。
The accuracy filter system with design capacity of 125 m3/h is applied for handling the steam condensate containing large amount of rust and other impurities in chemical fiber industry. To replace hot desaliniaed water, the filtered water is reused in steam stripping process and filter elements cleaning. With the system, the energy consumption reduction and good economic effect are obtained.
