摘要(Abstract)：

对熔体直纺生产的67 dtex/72 f全消光波浪扁平涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的工艺条件进行了研究，对喷丝板、冷却条件、油嘴、牵伸条件等进行试验对比，确定最佳生产工艺：喷丝板选择一横四竖型，叶长和叶宽选择0.12、0.82 mm和0.04、0.12 mm，冷却风速为1.8～2.0 m/s，纺丝速度为3 800 m/min，牵伸倍数为2.75。该涤纶FDY具有防透视、防风、耐水、吸湿速干、柔软且富有弹力等特性。
The process conditions of 67 dtex/72 f full-dull polyester full-drawn yarn(FDY) with wave and flat shape by melt direct spinning were studied. Through the comparison of the spinneret, cooling conditions, nozzle, drafting conditions and so on, the best production processes were determined. One horizontal and four vertical spinneret was selected, the blade length and width were 0.12, 0.82 mm and 0.04, 0.12 mm,the cooling wind speed was 1.8～2.0 m/s, the spinning speed was 3 800 m/min, and the drafting ratio was2.75. The polyester FDY has the characteristics of anti-perspective, windproof, water-resistant, moistureabsorbing and quick drying, soft and elastic.
