一级品乙二醇合成聚酯的研究Study on Synthesis of Polyester with the First-Grade Ethylene Glycol

摘要(Abstract):
利用优级品乙二醇、一级品乙二醇进行超有光聚酯合成试验,并对制备的超有光聚酯进行物性指标测试,考察一级品乙二醇制备超有光聚酯的工艺稳定性以及产品的性能。结果表明:一级品乙二醇制备超有光聚酯,各项工艺参数等同于优级品乙二醇制备超有光聚酯,酯化、缩聚反应平稳。一级品乙二醇制备的超有光聚酯同优级品乙二醇制备的超有光聚酯相比,色度L值低、b值高,适合用于对色度要求不太严格的聚酯品种。
The synthesis experiment of super-bright polyester was carried out by using the superior-grade ethylene glycol and the first-grade glycol, and the physical properties of the prepared super-bright polyester were tested, the process stability and product properties of the preparation of super-bright polyester bythe first-grade glycol were investigated. The results show that the process parameters of preparing super-bright polyester from first-grade ethylene glycol are the same as that of superior-grade ethylene glycol, andthe esterification and polycondensation reaction are stable. Compared with the super-bright polyester prepared by superior-grade ethylene glycol, the super-bright polyester prepared by first-grade ethylene glycolhas lower L value and higher b value. It is suitable for polyester varieties with less strict color requirements.
