摘要(Abstract)：

探讨了利用丙纶短程纺设备纺制锦纶三维卷曲短纤的工艺条件。结果表明,只要合理设定工艺参数,慎重选择适宜的喷丝板,采用较高挤出量,可以在现有丙纶设备上生产品质稳定的锦纶三维卷曲短纤。对进一步开发锦纶BCF提供了间接经验。
The technology for production of spiral crimped nylon staples using the PP compact spinning line are studied,the results show that by reasonably setted parameters,carefully selected,spinnerettes and higher ex-truder output,the spiral crimped nylon staples with,stable quality can be produced on the existed PP com-pact spinning lines .
