扫描电镜和能谱仪联用检测黏胶长丝污染丝Detection of Polluted Viscose Filament Yarn by SEM-EDS

摘要(Abstract):
以黏胶长丝中出现的黑点丝和锈点丝作为研究对象,用扫描电镜和能谱仪联用对其进行表面形貌、截面结构观察及元素分析。结果表明:出现黑点丝和锈点丝的丝条结构没有变化,但是表面有明显杂质,分析杂质成分主要是铁锈、机械油、碳素笔笔油及灰尘等物质。从截面观察可见污染丝与正常黏胶长丝截面无明显差别,均光滑平整,无折点,说明丝的表面受到污染,但其内部结构并未发生变化。
The surface morphology, cross section structure and element of black dot and rust dot in viscosefilament were studied by SEM and EDS. The results indicated that the structure of viscose filament ex-pressed no change with the present of black dot and rust dot. But there were foreign substances in the sur-face of viscose filament obviously. The foreign substance might due to the pollution of rust, motor oil, carbonpen oil and dust. The cross section structure showed no obviously difference between the normal filamentand the polluted filament, and they were all smooth with no break dot. So the pollution could not change thestructure of viscose filament.
