基于不同载药方式的同轴电纺纤维膜的制备与性能Preparation and Performance of DEX-Loaded Zein-PLLA Coaxial Electrospinning Nanofiber Membrane

摘要(Abstract):
通过同轴静电纺丝法制备了玉米醇溶蛋白(Zein)-聚乳酸(PLLA)载地塞米松(DEX)的纳米纤维膜,应用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪等分析观察纤维的微观结构并研究其性能。结果表明:Zein/PLLA-DEX纳米纤维膜的力学性能比Zein-DEX/PLLA纤维膜的好,其熔融温度受加入的DEX的质量分数影响较大;而Zein-DEX/PLLA纳米纤维膜的结晶温度受加入的DEX的质量分数影响大,并且随着DEX加入量的增大,结晶度降低,断裂强度也随之下降。
In the article, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, dif-ferential scanning calorimeter and mechanical tester are used to observe the microscopic structure of coaxi-al electrospinning nanofiber membrane loaded with dexamethasone(DEX) in the PLLA or in the Zein. Theresults indicate that the mechanical property of Zein/PLLA-DEX nanofiber membrane is better than Zein-DEX/PLLA nanofiber membrane, the content of the DEX has a large effect on the nanafiber membrane'smelting temperature. The content of the DEX also has an effect on the crystallization temperature of Zein-DEX/PLLA nanofiber membrane, the degree of crystallinity and tensile fracture strength will decrease whenmore DEX added in the nanofiber membrane.
