水刺条件下竹浆纤维的原纤化机制及测量

摘要(Abstract):

对纤维原纤化的形成原因进行了论述,并将竹浆纤维、粘胶纤维、Lyocell纤维的结构和性能进行了对比,分析了竹浆纤维的内部结构,认为竹浆纤维在水刺条件下较易原纤化,并提出了表征竹浆纤维水刺非织造布的原纤化程度的测量方法。
The formation reason of fibrillation was discussed and structure and performance among bamboo pulp fiber,viscose fiber and lyocell fiber were compared.Internal structure of bamboo pulp fiber was analyzed.The investigation showed that bamboo pulp fiber was easier to fibrillate under spunlacing.Methods to measure fibrillation of spunlaced nonwoven of bamboo pulp fiber were studied.
