高蓬松黑色涤纶的工艺探讨Discussion on the Technology of High Fluffy Black Polyester Fiber

摘要(Abstract)：
为开发高蓬松弹力丝,在设备方面,对宏源1000-M型加弹机进行了改造;在工艺方面,采用1-5-2-1组合盘片加捻,设置合适的第一热箱温度,关闭油轮变频等工艺优化措施,生产出了弹性高、蓬松性好、吸水性强的高蓬松黑色涤纶弹力丝。
In order to develop high fluffy stretch yarn,in terms of equipment,Hongyuan 1000-M texturing machine was reformed.In terms of technology,using 1-5-2-1 combined plate twisting,setting the appropriate temperature of the first hot box,closing the tanker frequency conversion and other technological optimization measures were adopted to produce high fluffy black polyester stretch yarn with high elasticity,good fluffiness and strong water absorption.
