一种新型抗静电腈纶的生产The Production of a New Antistatic Acrylic Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
论述了采用2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)聚合改性加碳黑共混改性生产抗静电腈纶的工艺路线,并对抗静电产品进行了测试,结果表明:在聚合物中引入质量分数1.5%的AMPS,纤维比电阻下降约三个数量级,再加入导电碳黑后,纤维的比电阻下降到109Ω·cm,达到了抗静电腈纶的指标要求。
A method of producing antistatic acrylic fibers using 2-acrylamide-2-methylpro panesulfonic ac-id(AMPS) and conductive carbon black was presented. And the performance of antistatic acrylic fiber wasmeasured. Results showed: the specific resistivity of acrylic fibers was decreased by 3 orders of magnitudedue to the introduction of AMPS(the mass fraction of total material was 1.5 %), and the specific resistivityof acrylic fibers was decreased to 109Ω·cm that satisfied the requirements of antistatic acrylic fibers afterconductive carbon black was added.
