变频器的防晃电设计

摘要(Abstract):

变频器在电机调速、节能上得到了广泛的应用,但它对电源要求较高,电源晃电时很容易使变频器直流母线电压跌落到非正常电压区域而跳停,这对连续运行的生产线造成了很大的影响,甚至引发事故的发生。针对不同负荷的特性及生产的要求,通过增加直流后备电能、利用负荷机械动能、减少变频器电能消耗等方法,使变频器在晃电期间能维持运转所需要的能量,等到电网复电后变频器再恢复到原来的运行参数,这样既维持了生产的连续性,又保护了变频器。
Inverter has been widely used in motor speed regulation and energy saving, but it has a high demand for power supply. It is easy to make the DC bus voltage of inverter drop to abnormal voltage area and jump when the power momentary loss, which has a great impact on the continuous operation of the production line and even causes accidents. According to the characteristics of different loads and the requirements of production, by means of increasing DC backup power, utilizing rotational inertia energy and reducing power consumption of inverter, the energy required for inverter operation can be maintained during power momentary loss, and the inverter can be restored to its original operation parameters after power supply restoration, thus maintaining the continuity of production and protecting the inverter.
