水滑石改性聚酯及性能的研究Study on Modification of PET by Hydrotalcite

摘要(Abstract):
以自制无机水滑石粉体作为改性剂,在聚酯合成时加入,制得改性聚酯,并对共聚酯样品进行热性能测试和结晶性能测试。结果表明:随着改性剂增加,改性聚酯的热性能有所提高,玻璃化转变温度、冷结晶温度和熔点都有所改变。加入改性剂的聚酯样品的结晶度有不同程度的减小。
A self-made inorganic powder-hydrotalcite was used to modify PET.The hydrotalcite was added during the polymerisation of PET.The copolyesters were characterized by TG-DTA and XRD.The experimental results showed that with the addition of the modifier,the samples' thermal weight loss decreased,the transition temperature(Tg,Tcc,and Tm) had changed.The WXRD results showed that crystallinity of the modified PET was lower than pure PET.
