摘要(Abstract):
将纺丝油剂中的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)类物质用碳酸酯替代,合成环保油剂,分别分析了碳酸酯和乳化剂的种类及用量对油剂性能的影响。根据测试结果选出基本性能较好的一组配方,中试合成,并进行上机应用试验,结果表明油剂的各项指标都能达到企业的使用要求。
The APEO substance is replaced by carbonate to synthesize environment friendly spinning finishes.The effect of kinds and dosage of carbonate and emulsifier on the spinning finishes performance is analyzed.A better formula is selected according to the basic performance. Pilot scale production, and application textis conducted, the experiment results show that all the performance index has fulfilled the application re-quirement.
