摘要(Abstract):

对β-羟基丁酸酯-co-β-羟基戊酸酯(PHBV)/二氯甲烷(CH2Cl2)溶液进行静电纺丝制备PH-BV纳米纤维毡。采用正交设计实验的方法,对溶液浓度、电压、有机盐(苄基三乙基氯化铵)含量、溶液供给速率、喷丝孔孔径5种因素与纤维直径和直径的多分散性之间的关系进行了研究。通过优化,制备出了平均直径为80nm的纤维。
PHBV nano fiber mats were electrospun form β-hydroxybutyrate-co-β-hydroxyvalerate(PHBV)/dichloromethane solution.The influences of solution concentration,potential,organic salt content(benzyl triethylammonium chloride),solution feeding rate,and diameter of capillary on the diameter of the fibers and its distribution were studied.By optimized conditions,the average diameter of electrospun fibers reached 80 nm.
