摘要(Abstract)：
通过对TMT-IBOX设备及其配套纺丝环吹系统的分析与试验,探讨了使用该设备生产120 dtex/85 f熔体直纺超亮光涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的工艺参数。结果表明:通过优化工艺条件,可以生产出蓬松性、抱合性、着色性及后道织造性能优良的三角异形涤纶超亮光FDY产品。
Through the analysis and test of TMT-IBOX equipment and its spinning quenching system, the process parameters of 120 dtex/85 f super-bright polyester FDY produced by this equipment are discussed.The results show that by optimizing the process conditions, it is possible to produce triangular shaped super-bright polyester FDY products with excellent bulkiness, cohesion, coloring and subsequent weaving properties.
