摘要(Abstract):
介绍了聚对二氧环己酮(PDS)纤维的结构,并且通过体外降解试验,验证了PDS材料的降解时间为180d,得到了在这期间的质量降解曲线和强力降解曲线。最后证明了PDS纤维韧性好,抗冲击性强和降解时间长,是理想的胸外科修补材料。
The paper introduced the structure and the mechanical property of the poly-p-dioxanone(PDS) fiber. It confirmed the absorbable period of PDS fiber was 180 days by biodegradation test in vitro. The weight absorbable and strength absorbable curves were obtained. Finally, the PDS fiber was an ideal fiber for medical chest repair mesh due to its long absorbable period and good toughness.
