摘要(Abstract):
通过对PA6纤维经过渗碘和络合处理 ,得到了体积比电阻达 1 5× 1 0 4Ω·cm的白色导电纤维 ,并确定了最佳工艺条件为 :渗碘时I2 KI=0 .5 ,碘溶液浓度 2 5 %~ 1 0 % ,渗碘时间 1 5~ 30s,浴温选择 70℃ ;络合采用饱和的CuCl HCl溶液 ,络合时间 40min ,络合温度 70~80℃。
With the Iodine sorption-Cuprous ion complexation, the conductive PA6 with specific resistance of 1.5×10 4Ω·cm was prepared. The optimum treatment conditions were as follows: for Iodine:I 2/KI of 0.5, Iodine concentration of 2.5%~10%, time of 15~30s, temperature of 70℃; for Cuprous ion complexation: using saturated CuCl/HCl solution,time of 40min, and the temperature of 70~80℃.
