芳纶Ⅲ在复合材料领域应用的优势探讨Advantage Application of Aramid Ⅲ in the Field of Composite Materials

摘要(Abstract):
芳纶Ⅲ属于对位杂环芳纶,因其独特的分子结构和工艺技术而具有低密度、超高强度、超高模量、耐高温、抗冲击性好、耐磨性好、透波性好等优良性能,是综合性能最好的有机纤维之一。芳纶Ⅲ及其复合材料在飞机部件(螺旋桨、轮胎、机身、主翼、尾翼等部位)、星载/机载/舰载雷达罩、卫星部件、防弹材料(高级防弹衣、防弹头盔、防弹护甲)、兵器、特种绳索等领域有着广泛的应用。
Aramid Ⅲ is a heterocyclic para-aramid. It has low density, high strength, high modulus, excel-lent resistance to high temperature, impact and wear, good permeability wave and other good performancesdue to its unique molecular structure and process technology. Aramid Ⅲ is one of organic fibers of the bestoverall performances. It has wide applications in aircraft components(propeller, tires, fuselage, wing, tailand other parts), radar cover for spaceborne/airborne/shipboard, the satellite component, bulletproof materi-als(advanced body armor, bulletproof helmet and bulletproof armor), the safe cabin for instruments and oth-er fields. The performance advantages about Aramid Ⅲ in the field of high performance fiber are intro-duced, the application situation and prospects for Aramid Ⅲ composite materials in the aerospace, bullet-proof, weapons and special ropes are also discussed.
