摘要(Abstract)：
目前,国内涤纶长丝加工的主要工艺路线还是POY→DTY,在DTY加工过程中如何调节生产工艺、搞好生产管理、提高产品质量,始终是摆在我们面前的重要课题。本文从工艺角度讨论了工艺参数设定与质量的宏观控制的关系,并对生产工艺与质量管理提出了一些自己的见解。探讨了FK6M-700型拉伸变形机与FK6C-600型拉伸变形机在工艺调节与质量控制方面的不同。
At present, the major technological process in China for producing PET filaments is from POY to DTY. The important subjects in the process are proper control of technology, enhancement of management and improvement of products quality. Here, from the technological point of view the relation between setting of technological parameters and the macroscopic control of products quality is discussed and opinions on the management are presented. The differences in adjustment of technology and quality control between type FK6M-700 and FK6C-600 drawtexturing machines are also explered.
