中国腈纶工业的现状和发展方向的探讨Study on the Development and Current Situation of Chinese Polyacrylonitrile Fiber Industry

摘要(Abstract):
就近几年我国腈纶行业在发展中出现的由迅猛发展到全行业的亏损情况,从技术和非技术层次探讨了形成这种困境的原因,提出技术层次的不足是导致目前我国腈纶行业困境的决定性因素。同时,技术的先进与落后也是今后腈纶行业的生存的决定性因素。我国目前腈纶行业的开发重点毫无疑问是大力发展差别化品种,而纳米腈纶、无卤阻燃腈纶以及开发出能满足工业需要的高强高模腈纶品种应是今后我国腈纶工业发展的重中之重。
The situation of Chinese polyacrylonitrile fiber industry from rapid development to loss in the recent years is discussed in this article. The reason of difficulties occurred is analysed from technical and non-technical views. The lacking of technology is the decisive factor to make Chinese polyacrylonitrile fiber industry into bad sitation. It is no doubt that the differential polyacrylonitrile fibers should be developed energetically. The nano -polyacrylonitrile fiber, non -halogen polyacrylonitrile fiber and high tenacity and high modulus polyacrylonitrile fiber met the needs of the industry are the most important products in the development of Chinese polyacrylonitrile fiber industry in future.
