超粗旦高耐磨亲水汽车止滑毯用BCF的研发
The R&D of Super Coarse-Denier and High Wear Resistance and Hydrophilic BCF for Car Anti-Skid Carpet

摘要(Abstract):

通过设计三叶异形喷丝板,采用精准的称重计量装置,改进拉伸系统,优化生产工艺,优选硅铜母粒配方和精选亲水母粒添加比例,开发出了美观舒适、高回弹和耐磨性、亲水性强的汽车止滑毯用膨化变形长丝(BCF)。研究表明:拉伸系统为5个拉伸热辊的两级拉伸,拉伸比提高为3.1~3.3;挤压机的加热模式改进为由低到高再到低;采用高速度、低温度和高湿度的侧吹风工艺;当添加硅铜粉母粒质量分数为2.0%、亲水母粒质量分数为3.0%时,开发的汽车用止滑毯的耐磨次数超过100 00次,保水率为300.0%以上。
The beautiful, comfortable, high resilience, high wear resistance and hydrophilic car anti-skid carpet is developed by designing a trilobal shaped spinneret, adopting accurate weighing and measuring device, improving the drawing system, optimizing the production process, optimizing the formulation of silicon-copper masterbatch and selecting the proportion of hydrophilic masterbatch. The results show that the micropores of the trilobal shaped spinneret are designed, the drawing system is the two-stage drawing of five drawing hot rollers, the drawing ratio is increased to 3.1~3.3, the heating mode of the extruder is improved from low to high, and then to low, and the side blowing process with high speed, low temperature and high humidity is adopted. When the mass fraction of silicon-copper masterbatch is 2.0% and the hydrophilic masterbatch mass fraction is 3.0%, the wear resistance of the developed car anti-skid carpet is more than100 00 times, and the water retention rate is more than 300.0%.
