纳米陶瓷粉改性双马来酰亚胺树脂的研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过超声波细胞粉碎机将纳米陶瓷粉按照不同比例添加到双马来酰亚胺树脂体系中,制备双马来酰亚胺树脂复合材料样条,研究了纳米陶瓷粉对双马来酰亚胺树脂的硬度及力学性能的影响。通过扫描电镜、巴氏硬度仪、万能试验机测试分析了纳米陶瓷粉改性双马来酰亚胺树脂复合材料的断面形貌、硬度及力学性能,结果表明:纳米陶瓷粉对双马来酰亚胺树脂有增强增韧的效果,增大了双马来酰亚胺树脂的硬度,但降低了其力学性能。
The nano-ceramic powder was added into the bismaleimide resin system by ultrasonic cell pulverizer,and the bismaleimide resin composite was prepared.The effects of nano-ceramic powder on the hardness and mechanical properties of bismaleimide resin were studied.The morphology,hardness and mechanical properties of nano-ceramic powder modified bismaleimide resin composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,pasteurizer and universal testing machine.The results show that nano-ceramic powder has the effect of reinforcing and toughening to bismaleimide resin,increasing the hardness of bismaleimide resin,but reducing the mechanical properties of bismaleimide resin.
