摘要(Abstract):

采用裂解气相色谱-质谱技术研究聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)纤维在500℃到750℃温度范围的热分解行为。随温度上升,裂解产物明显增加。在700℃时聚合物分子链断裂完全,鉴别到42种碎片组分。聚醚酰亚胺热分解的碎片中,苯酚、苯胺、氰苯、4-丙烯基二苯醚、4-乙烯基二苯醚、4-甲基二苯醚、二苯醚以及N-苯胺基-异吲哚-1,3(2H)-二酮等8种裂解产物最重要,可以依据这几种化合物定性鉴别聚醚酰亚胺。依据热分解产物的数量以及结构推断降解机理为:聚醚酰亚胺裂解过程中,剪切聚合物分子链,经过剥皮反应连续除去单体单元,再发生消去反应、成环作用、次级反应等形成了一系列裂解碎片。
Pyrolysis of polyether-imide (PEI) fiber has been investigated by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy in the temperature range from 500 ℃ to 750 ℃. The influence of temperature on its composition of pyrolysates has been observed. As the temperature increases, the compositions of pyrolysate are sharply increased. At 700 ℃, 42 compounds of pyrolysis can be identified. The most important pyrolysis fragment which can be quantitatively identified for polyether-imide are phenol, aniline, benzonitrile, 4-propenyl-diphenyl ether, 4-ethylene-diphenyl ether, 4-methyl-diphenyl ether, diphenyl ether and N-benzo-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione. The thermal degradation mechanisms which are determined by structure and amount of the thermal decomposition products are described. During pyrolysis of polyether-imide, polymeric chain scissions take place a peeling reaction as a successive removal of the monomer units from the polymeric chain. The chain scissions are followed by the elimination reaction, cyclic action, linkage action and secondary reactions, which lead to a variety of compounds.
