摘要(Abstract)：
以高TiO2含量的全消光母粒和普通半消光聚酯切片为原料,通过高速纺丝工艺路线生产56dtex/72f全消光网络丝。在POY-DTY加工过程中,充分考虑TiO2消光剂对切片和POY加工性能的影响,选择合适的工艺参数,达到预期的DTY消光度要求。
This study uses the normal semidull polyester and high content TiO2 masterbatch to produce 56 dtex/72 f dull interlaced yarn via high speed spinning. Considering effect of the TiO2 to polyester and POY quality, the appropriate process parametrers are selected to meet the requirements of dullness in the POY- DTY process.
