再生聚酯回收料生产蓝色涤纶短纤维的生产工艺
The Production Process of Blue Polyester Staple Fiber from Regenerated Polyester Material

摘要(Abstract):

以6.67 dtex×51 mm蓝色涤纶短纤维为例,探讨了采用再生聚酯回收料和原生聚酯料在纺丝生产工艺上的不同。使用再生聚酯回收料生产时,选择降低干燥温度、纺丝温度、纺丝速度、环吹风速、拉伸倍数以及后拉伸浴槽温度的优化工艺,可生产出性能优良的6.67 dtex×51 mm蓝色涤纶短纤维。
Taking 6.67 dtex×51 mm blue polyester staple fiber as example,the difference of spinning processes from regenerated polyester material and virgin polyester chip are discussed.With optimum processes of drying temperature,spinning temperature,spinning speed,quenching air velocity,draw ratio and drawing bath temperature,the 6,67 dtex×51 mm blue polyester staple fiber with good properties can be produced from regenerated polyester material.
