摘要(Abstract)：
以圆形截面222dtex/10f和三角形截面264dtex/8f为例,通过对涤纶一步法分纤母丝生产中切片干燥、高速纺丝、拉伸-卷绕-热定形工艺条件的探讨,研究出纺丝、拉伸、卷绕各点适宜的关键工艺参数,为指导实际生产提供理论依据。
Taking 222 dtex/10 f yarn with circular section and 264 dtex/8 f yarn with triangle section as the example,the technology of chip drying,high-speed spinning and drwa-winding-thermal setting was researched.The process parameters of spinning,drawing and winding were obtained for guiding production practice.
