摘要(Abstract)：

将羊毛和粘胶纤维经过半精纺工艺纺成经纱,腈纶基Outlast调温纤维纱线作为纬纱,通过调温纱线漂白、羊毛和粘胶散纤维染色、纺纱、剑杆织机织造、后整理等一系列工序,开发出一种哔叽面料。该面料具有良好的服用性能,达到了产品设计的初衷。
A kind of serge with temperature self-regulation is developed.The semi-worsted wool and viscose blended yarn is used as the warp yarn,and acrylic-based Outlast fiber is spun into weft yarn.After bleaching temperature-regulation yarn,dyeing loose wool and viscose fiber,and then a series of processes,including spinning,weaving by rapier loom,finishing,the serge with wearabilty is made,which meets the original intention of the design.
