国产高性能纤维机织布防护性能测试与评价Test and Evaluation of Protective Performance of Domestic High Performance Fiber Woven Fabrics

摘要(Abstract):
对芳纶Ⅲ和高性能聚酰亚胺(PI)两种国产高性能纤维机织布进行了高温环境、燃烧性能、防弹性能、燃烧假人试验,对两种纤维的耐高温性能、阻燃性能、防弹性能、高温防护性能进行测试对比。经过综合分析认为:两种材料均适用于制作软质防弹层的芯片,PI机织布的综合防护性能较芳纶Ⅲ机织布的更优。
The high temperature environment, combustion performance, bullet-proof performance and combustion dummy test of aramid Ⅲ and high performance polyimide(PI) woven fabrics were carried out. The high temperature resistance, flame retardant, bullet-proof and high temperature protection performance of the two kinds of fibers were tested and compared. After comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that the two kinds of materials are suitable for making soft bullet-proof layer chip, and the comprehensive protection performance of PI woven fabric is better than that of aramid Ⅲ woven fabric.
