摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了一步法异收缩聚酯(PET)混纤复合纺高速纺丝新工艺及设备,论述了混纤生产设备中联苯蒸汽循环系统、螺杆挤压机、纺丝箱体、缓冷成形装置、拉伸卷绕机部件的特征,概述了混纤复合丝产品后加工的工艺方法。
One step different-shrinkage PET composite filament high-speed spinning process and equipment were introduced,the characteristic of each unit of production line,such as diphyl vapor cycle system,screw extruder,spinning beam,quenching device and draw-winder were expounded,the after-treatment process of conjugate spinning composite filament yarn was summarized.
