摘要(Abstract)：

对两种典型工艺条件下生产超亮光异形FDY的上油工艺进行了研究,给出了各自合理的含油率区间,并对产品在不同用途时如何选择合适的含油率作出了定性与定量说明。
This article studied oiling of super-bright profiled FDY made by two typical process condition and presented the logical OPU range respectively. It explained how to select the logical OPU range for dif-ferent products in qualitatively and quantitatively.
