摘要(Abstract)：
通过对浸胶机卷绕机构定位装置、顶针定位装置及接压控制系统的改造与调整,有效解决了浸胶帘子布卷姿不良的问题,达到了降低返卷率的目的。
Through transforming and changing rolling structure position and needle localization of tire cord dipping machine and repeated experiment,the problem of reel shape of tire cord fabric was solved effec-tively and rewinding rate was reduced.
