摘要(Abstract):

简单介绍了酸性染料在氨纶中的应用情况和应用价值,并从分子结构层面分析了上色机制。重点综述了制备酸性染料可染氨纶的各种技术方法,指出从异氰酸酯、封端剂、扩链剂、功能添加剂等方面进行改善,可提高氨纶的酸性染料可染性,并分析了各种技术方法的优缺点,最后对我国今后在酸性染料可染氨纶方面的发展提出建议。
In this review, the application status and application value of acid dyes in Spandex were briefly discussed, and the coloring mechanism was analyzed from the molecular structure. Various technical methods for producing acid dyeable Spandex were summarizesd comprehensively. It was pointed out that improvements in isocyanates, blocking agents, chain extenders, functional additives, etc. could improve the dyealility of Spandex with acid dyes. And the advantages and disadvantages of various technical methods were analyzed. At last, some suggestions about the future development of acid dyeable Spandex in our country were put forward.
