摘要(Abstract):
为了充分利用装置余热并降低处理成本,分析了冷冻水供应现状,通过新增1台制冷量580 kW的小溴化锂制冷机制备冷冻水,自主供应聚酯一、二两个车间的冷冻水,达到了余热利用、节能降耗的目的,并可节约费用485 212.8元。
In order to make full use of the waste heat of the device and reduce the treatment cost, the application status of chilled water was analyzed. By adding a small lithium bromide refrigeration machine with a cooling capacity of 580 kW to prepare chilled water, and supply polyester one and two workshops of chilled water independently, the utilization of waste heat, energy saving and consumption reduction were achieved,and the cost of 485 212.8 yuan could be saved.
