摘要(Abstract):

以高聚物合金(PC/PET)为例,介绍了采用萃取分离法进行高聚物合金的定性分析。同时,通过对其各组分特征吸收峰的吸光度比及与之相应的浓度建立标准工作曲线,能够较精确地进行定量分析。该方法适用范围广,在高分子材料的改性、共混及复合等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of polymer alloys by infrared spectroscopy has important significance on the research and development of polymer materials.In this experiment,PC/PET alloy is qualitatively analyzed by solvent extraction method,and quantitatively analyzed by establishing a working curve of absorbance ratio of each component's characteristic absorption peak and concentration.This method is suitable for a wide range of polymer materials in the modification,blend and compound fields,and also provide the theoretical basis for the development of infrared quantitative technology.
