摘要(Abstract):
从中空纤维生产的工艺要求出发,对15kt/a直接熔纺涤纶短纤维装置进行了必要和可选的设计改造。经过工艺流程和设备的改造,装置具备开发生产中空短纤和常规短纤系列产品的能力,增加了装置品种开发的柔性,提高了品种差别化率,从而实现在原装置的基础上创造新的效益增长点的目的。
The necessary and optional modifications were made to the 15 kt/a PET staple direct spinning line per production process of hollow fiber. After the modification of process flow and transform of equipment, the line was to produce both PET hollow fiber and conventional staple fiber, enhancing flexibility of product development and increasing the ratio of differential fiber. Therefore, the economic efficiency grew greatly.
