全消光涤纶长丝的研制及工艺优化

摘要(Abstract):

从设备配置、工艺设定和生产控制三个角度对在线添加色母粒法生产全消光涤纶长丝进行了探究。试验结果表明:色母粒在熔体中的分散均匀性以及纺丝工艺条件的控制对拉伸变形丝(DTY)染色性能有较大的影响;加弹机拉伸倍数与假捻器盘片材料的选择对于DTY毛丝、染色性能的影响也较大;加弹机在线张力仪的使用,能监控丝条加工过程中的张力波动,可以实现对纤维加弹全过程的质量控制。
The equipment configuration,process and production control requirements were studied on online add masterbatch method for the production of full extinction polyester filament.The results show that the uniformity of the dispersion of masterbatch in the melt and the control of the spinning process have a great effect on the DTY dyeing.The drawing ratio and false twist disc material also have a great effect onthe dyeing.The use of an online tensioner for the texturing machine enables monitoring for the tension fluctuations during the processing of the yarn and enables quality monitoring of the entire process of the fiber loading.
