不同纤维对再生混凝土材料性能的影响
Effect of Different Fibers on Properties of Recycled Concrete Materials

摘要(Abstract):

设计了一组再生混凝土和三组添加不同纤维的再生混凝土试件,对试样进行单轴抗压、劈裂抗拉和扫描电镜试验,分析不同纤维对再生混凝土力学性能的影响以及影响机制。结果显示:随着养护龄期的增加,植物纤维对再生混凝土的增强效果逐渐减弱;直聚丙烯纤维会增强再生混凝土的力学性能,单轴抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的增加幅度接近,分别是28.3%和30.5%;曲聚丙烯纤维会减弱再生混凝土的力学性能,单轴抗压和劈裂抗拉强度的减弱幅度差异较大,分别是36.2%和11.4%。
A group of recycled concrete and three groups of recycled concrete specimens with different fibers were designed.The uniaxial compression,split tensile and scanning electron microscopy tests were performed on the specimens.The effects of different fibers on the mechanical properties and the mechanism of recycled concrete were analyzed.The results show that as the curing time increases,the reinforcing effect of plant fibers on recycled concrete gradually weakens,the mechanical properties of recycled concrete are increased by straight polypropylene fiber,and the uniaxial compressive and split tensile strengths increase by28.3% and 30.5%,respectively.The mechanical properties of recycled concrete are weakened by curved polypropylene fibers.The uniaxial compression and splitting tensile strengths have a large difference in the weakening range,which are 36.2% and 11.4%,respectively.
