摘要(Abstract)：
根据PTT大分子结构与性能,分析其特性,对干燥工艺、纺丝温度、喷丝孔的设计、拉伸卷绕以及加弹工艺等各工段工艺参数进行了试验,利用现有的PET纺丝设备并设计合适的工艺参数,成功地开发出PTT长丝。其各项指标均满足织造要求,为纺织服装行业提供了理想的新型原料。
According to PTT molecular structure and properties and through adjusting drying process, spinning temperature, spinnerette holes, draw-winding, as well as texturing parameters, PTT filament was made on the existing PET spinning equipment. The PTT filament met the requirements for weaving application and provided an ideal new materials to garment industry.
