摘要(Abstract):
采用正交试验法研究拉伸温度对1400 dtex锦纶66工业丝定负荷伸长率的影响。结果表明:采用第一拉伸温度65℃、第二拉伸温度185℃、第三拉伸温度185℃的生产工艺,生产的1400 dtex锦纶66工业丝的定负荷伸长率稳定在11.9%,解决了生产过程中工业丝定负荷伸长率偏高的问题。
The effect of drawing temperature on extension rate under load of 1 400 dtex PA industrial yarn was investigated by orthogonal experiment method.The results showed that the extension rate under load of 1400 dtex PA 66 industrial yarn was 11.9%stably with the process of first drawing temperature 65℃, second drawing temperature 185℃and third drawing temperature 185℃,and the problem of high extension rate under load of industrial yarn was solved during the production.
